PRESS RELEASE

April 4, 2022

We’re Excited to Welcome Beth Manny to the EF Team as our Director of Revenue Cycle Management!

At the heart of EF Senior Care’s success is the caliber of the people we hire.

We recruit experts in Clinical, Operational, Business Office, Financial and Marketing functions who have decades of expertise supporting Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living Facilities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Creating an environment where top talent wants to work is essential to the growth of EF.  In fact, across the Senior Care industry today, being an “Employer of Choice” has become a business requirement.

The other driving force behind EF’s success is listening to our clients.  Their needs evolve quickly, never more so than in the last two years.  By building trusted relationships with our clients and listening to their needs, we’re able to “see around the corner” and develop capabilities to assist them.

These two driving factors recently converged with the hiring of Beth Manny as EF’s new Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Increasingly, we’ve been hearing from our clients that hiring qualified business office staff is a challenge.  Combined with the growing complexity of billing and reimbursements across dozens of Massachusetts-specific payors, facilities are seeing increases in their aged receivables, disallowed claims and write-offs.

EF decided to see how we could help which led us to Beth Manny.

Beth is a 25-year subject matter expert in Revenue Cycle Management and Reimbursement for Subacute/Skilled Nursing Facilities.  She has managed Corporate and Regional Centralized Business Offices (CBOs) including establishing them from scratch, hiring and training staff, and implementing policies, procedures and practice.  She’s taken a lead role in improving distressed facilities and filing changes of ownership when facilities change hands.

In these roles, Beth’s focus has been on optimizing every step along the Revenue Cycle to accelerate and maximum facility cashflow.

Beth has in-depth knowledge of financial software packages, electronic health record systems, admission referral portals, and analytics platforms.

In short, Beth has unparalleled expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Luckily for EF and its clients, Beth agreed to join us and to build out a world-class team of RCM specialists, analysts, billing coordinators, and field managers to help facilities improve their cashflow.  We couldn’t be happier, and we think you’ll feel the same way if you need help auditing your accounts receivable, collecting aged debt, or outsourcing your Revenue Cycle Management.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to Beth and her RCM Team and learn what they can do for you.

They can be reached at (617) 702-2644 or you can email them at Contact@EFSeniorCare.com.
