Plymouth, MA – (June 1, 2026) – EF Senior Care (EF, LLC) is proud to announce that Sunny Acres Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (www.sunnyacres.org) in Chelmsford, MA, received a “Deficiency-Free” Annual Survey from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

Sunny Acres has been managed by an affiliate of EF Senior Care since 2023 and includes a four-star, 83-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) licensed by MA DPH.  As part of DPH’s duty to ensure the health, safety and well-being of approximately 40,000 vulnerable residents, their survey teams visit and assess nearly 350 SNFs each year.

Compared to the state average of 8.2 citations per survey, Sunny Acres’ zero deficiencies places it in the top 13% of nursing facilities.
