We started out, and remain at heart, local operators who always put “care” first.
Our team has decades of combined experience serving as administrators, executive directors, directors of nursing, resident care directors, and departmental leaders in senior living facilities across Massachusetts. Having witnessed both exemplary and subpar practices within our industry, we’ve continually sought ways to uphold and improve standards.
As our capabilities, resources, and reputation grew, we noticed outside investors operating local facilities in ways that often conflicted with our core values and the genuine needs of the community. This prompted us to step forward and begin owning and operating our own portfolio of facilities.
We established a partnership with investors who share our philosophy, prioritizing care for residents and staff first and foremost, knowing sustainable financial success naturally follows. We proudly call this approach “Profit with a Purpose.”
